Once again another stupid pointless holiday. I guess egg day is where we appreciate eggs and eat them. which is kind of werid. I am not a huge fan of eggs, but I see how they are very useful in bakeing and I do like baked stuff so that would be a reason for me to be grateful. Some Real egg dishes I like are scrambled eggs, sunny side up eggs, hard boiled eggs, and raw eggs. The nutritional value in eggs is very high so sometimes when I diet I try to eat a lot of eggs, so I guess ill say thanks eggs!
Today, violence is a prevolent genre in media. You see it everywhere in movies, tv shows, and even games. If it does not have violence is it cool? Probably not. But do I think that its bad? No, Violence has been present in the human race ever since society was a thing, I do not believe it has a direct effect on the behavior of humans, they see things that are worse. An example of a violent tv show that I can think of that I watch is Dexter, its a show about this man who is a serial killer because he physcologiclly needs to do it, but he only kills very bad criminals and is a good person at heart. 
Earth day is a holiday that I personally dont really participate in. I do believe it is important to take a day to remember our earth and care for it a little extra. In elementary school we did some earth day projects but nothing spectaculiar that I remember. Some things that I found out about earth day are, 1) it was started by John McConnel and the first earth day was March 21,1970.
My Favorite President of all time is definitely Lincoln, without a doubt! Probably the thing I like most about him would be that we were both born on the same day. I can also add the fact that he was one of the best presidents of all time. He came up from nothing and became the most important man in America. He abolished slavery and led us through the Civil War. Without him, things would be a lot different today. He is on the 5 Dollar Bill and also on the Nickel. He also is on Mount Rushmore and has had many movies made about him!
If I could be an insect I would choose to be a cockroach, this is because they can live a long time and are a lot smarter than other bugs! Another reason to tack on is because they have good camoflauge with a nutural color and can eat pretty much anything, they are some chill bugs! And perhaps the most important reason of all is they can survive a nuculear attack!
In Exploring Technology we have visited a lot of different types of technology including, blogging, podcasting, RSS, Wikis, Bloglines, and Google Drive. of all of these specific types of technology my favorite one to use had to be Google Drive. I could definitely use this after high school. It allows multiple google account owners to edit a certain document at one time. (as long as they have been invited by the creator.) it would be a great tool to use in college with a partner on a certain assignment if we are across campus or don't want to meet up to exchange flash drives. Another way i could use this technology is to make documents from anywhere in the world and be able to be on live feed with someone else to help me, if i am in a job making things on the computer for many people I'm going to need co workers help on the document,Google drive is perfect for that. And the last reason I would use it is just to have fun! I could start a document with a friend and just tell each other what we've been up to and they can see it whenever and wherever! All in all it is a awesome piece of technology that i think is highly underused/underrated. On the other hand, a piece of this technology that i would not use (of the six mentioned in the beginning) would be blogging. Blogging has been totally washed out by other social networking sites like facebook, if i were to create a business the first thing i would do is make a facebook page and invite people. i don't think a lot of people go out of their way to look at blogs, i could have a thousand views on facebook in a few weeks if i tried. I have had a blog this whole semester and i don't think i have broken 120 views. As for the aspect of personal use i would also go with a different social network like facebook or twitter.
